Annual Service
Our trained engineers are familiar with all hot brands and our annual service is available for any make, model and age of spa. Our manufacturers offer a 10-year warranty on all parts and components for their entire portfolio of spas. Each year, simply carry out an authorised Crystec Spas' service to stay warranty compliant.
Included in an Annual Service -
- Check the operation of all systems
- Ampere pull, and overall check of
- Add bio-film remover to deep clean
- Remove and chemically clean filters
- Check the cabinet and shell for leaks,
- Check the condition of cover and clips
- Drain down the spa
- Clean the acrylic surface
- Remove any marks and stains where possible
- Remove and clean the jets as much as possible
- Reset filter cycles and time on control panel
- Ensure jets are operating correctly
- Rinse out spa
- Wet vac any remaining debris and water all electrical components
- Remove scale and debris from pumps
- Check pump union seals
- Check heater element and seals internal pipework
- Bleed all pumps of air
- Re-fill the spa
- Add 'chemical shock' dose to sanitise water damage and overall condition
- Re-commission the spa, check for leaks and correct operation
- Check all systems ensuring they work correctly
- Clean down cover and steps
- Report any problems or advisories to the customer
